We build
No advice without execution. We design, implement and operate the systems we are responsible for.
Data Fellows builds and operates backends, databases and integration systems that must keep running in production. No reports, no hype — just systems that work.
Data Fellows was born out of hands-on engineering in complex production environments. Not from consultancy — but from fixing systems under pressure.
The founders worked together for years within Microsoft Services, supporting organisations across Europe with performance challenges, database stability and large-scale platform implementations. That experience shaped a clear conviction: most problems are not technology problems — they are architecture and operations problems.
Since then, Data Fellows has focused entirely on backend engineering: analysing systems, simplifying them and making them stable. We write code, design architectures and operate production environments — not to present slides, but to prevent incidents.
No advice without execution. We design, implement and operate the systems we are responsible for.
Our solutions are built for real workloads: live platforms, databases and integrations that cannot fail.
We use technology when it helps — not because it is new or fashionable. Simplicity almost always wins.
No sales pitch. Just engineers talking.
